LigoFlow Terms of Service
Terms for creating an account and using LigoFlow, including the three-month trial.
Version terms.consumer.v1 · Effective 2026-08-17
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of LigoFlow's website, account, workspace, and AI-assisted project management features. By creating an account, you confirm that you can accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Three-month trial
Eligible new self-service accounts receive a three-month trial. No payment card is required and no charge is made to start or use the trial. Continuing with paid features after the trial requires a separate plan selection and payment confirmation.
The trial is subject to the published feature and usage limits. LigoFlow may prevent duplicate or abusive trial use.
3. Accounts and authorized sources
Each customer must ensure that its users, administrators, and connected applications are authorised to create accounts, invite users, configure workspaces, connect sources, select monitored content, and direct the service. Customers must protect credentials, use supported connection paths, keep account information accurate, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
A connector authorisation does not automatically authorize every source, destination, action, or person. Workspace policy, provider capability, permissions, and approval requirements continue to apply.
4. Acceptable use
Customers and users must not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; bypass access controls; submit malware, secrets, or unauthorised data; interfere with the service; probe or reverse engineer it except where law cannot be excluded; or instruct the service to make unauthorised, harmful, discriminatory, deceptive, financial, destructive, security-sensitive, or irreversible actions.
Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Customer content and privacy
Customers retain their rights in customer content and give LigoFlow the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and provide the requested service. Customers are responsible for having authority to submit and connect that content.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. An applicable customer agreement or data-processing addendum may add terms for an organization.
6. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers must review output and configure appropriate human approval, permission, policy, and risk controls. LigoFlow does not represent that every proposed action will be executed, that an external system will accept an action, or that a queued or browser-return state is a completed result.
Material external actions remain subject to connector capability, workspace policy, permissions, confidence, budget, and approval requirements.
7. Third-party services
Connected platforms, identity providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and AI providers may have separate terms, availability, data-use policies, fees, and technical limits. Customers are responsible for the services they select and authorize.
8. Fees and taxes
No payment card is required and no charge is made during the three-month trial. Any later paid plan, tax, renewal, refund, or commercial commitment is shown before confirmation and may also be governed by an order form or customer agreement.
9. Intellectual property
LigoFlow and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, documentation, and marks. Customers retain their rights in customer content. These terms grant only the limited rights needed to use and provide the service.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public business, security, product, and customer information, use it only for the service relationship, and disclose it only when authorized or legally required.
11. Suspension, termination, and data handling
We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. After termination, customer data is handled under the applicable retention controls, Privacy Policy, data-processing terms, and legal obligations.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service and AI-assisted output are provided subject to the warranties and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
13. Changes, general terms, and contact
We may change the service or these terms and will publish a new version when the terms change. An applicable order form or customer agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
