Do I need a card for the trial?+
No. Eligible personal accounts receive three anniversary months without a card. Each month includes 50 managed-AI credits, and unused included credits expire at the next anniversary boundary.
What happens after the trial?+
Choose Basic at USD 49, Standard at USD 59, or Ninja at USD 85 per month. If paid checkout is unavailable when the trial ends, normal product access pauses while billing, account, privacy, export, deletion, and support routes remain available.
How does managed AI pricing work?+
Plans include 10, 30, or 60 credits per month. Each credit represents about 50 commitments, and the platform settles only verified contributing usage.
What does BYOK cost?+
BYOK consumes zero LigoFlow credits and creates no LigoFlow AI charge. It is available during the trial, on Ninja, and for Enterprise contracts that authorize it.
Can BYOK silently switch to managed AI?+
No. A BYOK request cannot silently fall back to a platform-managed credential. Any change in billing responsibility requires an explicit selection and consent.
How accurate is the AI?+
LigoFlow uses advanced AI models to identify commitments, action items, owners, deadlines, and risks from organizational conversations. Accuracy depends on conversation quality, context availability, and organizational terminology. The platform continuously improves through feedback, configurable rules, and human review workflows. For critical actions, organizations can require human approval before automation occurs.
Can users review AI-generated tasks before creation?+
Yes. LigoFlow supports review and approval workflows that allow users to validate, edit, approve, or reject AI-generated tasks before they are created in ticketing or project management systems. Organizations can also configure confidence thresholds to determine when review is required.
Does LigoFlow work across multiple communication platforms?+
Yes. LigoFlow is designed to capture and analyze conversations across multiple communication channels, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoho Workplace, Discord, and other supported systems. It can consolidate fragmented discussions into a single accountability workflow and source of truth.
