LigoFlow Privacy Policy

How LigoFlow handles account, workspace, service, and AI-provider data.

Version privacy.consumer.v1 · Effective 2026-08-17

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how LigoFlow handles personal data when you visit the website, create an account, use a workspace, connect an authorized service, request support, or use AI-assisted features.

Your organization controls the workspace content it submits and the people and services it authorizes. LigoFlow handles that content to provide the requested service.

2. Information we handle

We handle account and profile details, authentication and workspace settings, authorized messages and project records, connected-service data selected by the customer, technical and security logs, and support or commercial correspondence.

We do not require payment-card details to start the three-month trial. If you later purchase a paid service, the payment provider handles the payment details required for that transaction.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate workspaces, provide requested features, process authorized project context, enforce permissions and usage limits, support users, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. AI-assisted features

When you request an AI-assisted feature, the relevant authorized content may be sent to the AI provider selected for that feature. LigoFlow uses the response to provide summaries, proposed records, risks, or other requested output.

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Material external actions remain subject to the permissions, workspace policy, and approval controls that apply to that action.

5. Sharing and connected services

We share data only with authorized workspace users, customer-selected connected services, providers needed to operate requested features, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. A connection does not broaden access beyond the customer's configuration and the provider authorization.

6. Security, retention, and international handling

We use access controls, workspace isolation, encrypted credential storage, and audit records to protect the service. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, secure it, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

Providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, the responsible party must use the required mechanism.

7. Security, retention, and deletion

We use access restrictions, workspace-scoped authorization, encrypted credential storage, and audit records to protect the service. We keep information while it is needed to provide and secure the service, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and honor valid retention or legal-hold requirements. Information is then deleted or anonymized when appropriate.

8. Individual rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Workspace-content requests may need to be handled by the organization that controls that workspace. Send privacy or account requests to support@ligoflow.ai.

9. Children and regulated data

LigoFlow is intended for authorized business users, not children. Customers must not submit sensitive, health, biometric, financial, employment, children's, or other regulated data unless they have the authority and safeguards required for that processing.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will publish a new version and effective date when we do. Questions and requests may be sent to support@ligoflow.ai.

11. Additional Disclosures for California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) grants you specific rights regarding your Personal Data...

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for use by businesses and individuals over the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16 without parent or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by sending an email notice to the address associated with your account, and by placing a prominent notice on our website homepage at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
